Terms & Conditions


  1. Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled and the class cannot be rescheduled before the end of term.
  2. Shooting Star Performance Academy or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  3. Shooting Star Performance Academy reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  4. You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at info@shootingstarperformaceacademy.com.
  5. You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
  6. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  7. You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  8. We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
  9. All pupils must wear the prescribed Academy Uniform as detailed and subject to update from time to time at all times when taking part in classes. Any pupil not doing so, may be asked not to take without any refund of fees.
  10. You agree to ensure that a parent or guardian remains with the child at all times while at the venue. The child remains the responsibility of the parent or carer at all times when at the venue and during any classes.
